Spring’s Sun Shine

In Harmony-
A horizon
of carnations
A bundle of lavender
with staring pebbles
Never far…
are the seasonings of desire
and the beauty of irises
I am Openness
and delicious sin
I am interpretted
and embraced
Surrounded, No
Enveloped
in your beauty
Your fields of tender rapture
Reaching into your sky
from the whiteness of this page
Dreams fall from me
Spilling
Dozing
I Observe you
Stars to water
You are my calling
Reviving all that has been
Killed within me
Freeing me from myself
From my body… mind… heart
Watering the springs of my shade
Sun, tumbling in angles
from all that is
Given.

  3. Nice poem Natalie. I love the imagry and the connections. It’s the kind of poem you want to reread because you’ll find something new every time. Be well. Bittersweet

  4. holyolio: I did. :)

  6. There is something so tangible, yet almost ethereal feeling, about hearing (and for me, feeling) you read your poetry aloud.

The words themselves are a window into your mind and thoughts while the feeling of your voice (yes feeling) gives your poetry that incredible soulful touch…

    Thank you for sharing.
